About the Role

We are launching an exciting new venture at the intersection of Social Network,

Predictions, Native local AI on device, automation, and digital culture project.

As an AI Engineer intern, you will be hands-on in the technical foundation of our

application, backend tools and influencer tooling based heavily on AI. You won't just be

using off-the-shelf AI, you'll be creating tools, you will be acting as a top AI pilot,

developing and experimenting with top of the shelf AI models, open-source video/image

models, pushing the limits of what current AI tools can generate.

What You Will Do

- Developing: Using the latest Anthropic and GPT models interconnecting with

local AI model experimentation for our backend, frontend and influencer tools.

- Prompt & Behavior Engineering: Work with on-device AI models to craft the

persona of our users to gamify the experience of our application to fine-tune the

"brain" behind our new project.

- Workflow Automation: Build basic low-code automations to speed up the

content creation pipeline for our partners.

- R&D and Tech Scouting: The AI space changes weekly. You will be responsible

for testing the newest GitHub repos, HuggingFace models, and AI platforms to

see if they can improve the overall app.

- Collaborate on Strategy: Work alongside the group teams to ensure the

technical output matches the creative and viral needs of our future platform.

Who We're Looking For

- The "Tinkerer" Mindset: You are naturally curious. If an AI tool doesn't do

exactly what you want, your first instinct is to find a workaround, read the

documentation, or look for an open-source alternative.

- Generative AI Experience: You have or want to learn hands-on experience

prompting and generating content beyond just mainstream models. You've

played around with Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or AI video/audio generators.

- Technical Foundation: You have some experience with Python, NodeJS,

JavaScript, or using API endpoints, you can read or modify a script, and

troubleshoot basic code errors. Full Stack application experience is desirable.

- Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with non-waste time mentality, curious

about how to automate your daily work and the teammates around you.

- Creative Eye: You understand what makes an audio, image or video look "real"

versus "fake" and have an eye for lighting, aesthetics, and social media trends.

- Tech-Savvy Adaptability: You learn new software incredibly fast. You aren't

intimidated by complex user interfaces or messy data.

- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer

Science, Creative Technology, Digital Media, Engineering, or you are entirely

self-taught with a great portfolio of personal AI projects.

La présente offre de contrat d'apprentissage est ouverte aux candidatures dès
